The property was very clean and accommodating. Jose was excellent to communicate with. The villa had a lot of amenities. I have zero complaints about Jose or villa 14 but I must say if you are planning on staying here mostly to use your boat, you may want to make arrangements to keep you boat elsewhere and to use a different ramp. The boat yard is difficult to find a spot or maneuver around in. The ramp is very short and if it’s not high tide you cannot get your boat on or off the trailer. Otherwise, the property is very nice. There are pools and a nice lagoon that’s great for snorkeling. It’s just not ideal for boaters who are expecting to use the ramp and I wish they were more upfront about that.

We throughly enjoyed our time here. This condo is well kept and updated. All the bedrooms were very nice and roomy. Views were fabulous. Golf cart was a fun to drive around. Kayaks and bikes in great condition. Highly recommended! Fish markets right down the street made cooking dinner easy. Thanks for a great stay.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in Villa 14. The unit is larger than most on the property, is updated, clean, has everything you need for a vacation stay, and is ideally located close to the marina, bay, and lagoon. We appreciated the use of the kayaks, bicycles, and golf cart. Enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and ocean, kayaking, fishing, watching the manatees in the marina, and the sunsets from the jetty. Jose is prompt and organized in communicating the check in and check out process. Would definitely recommend and book again!
