Great property and location. Well stocked home including 3 bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. Lots of extra blankets, pillows, etc. Had a minor parking issue when someone parked in the only space for our villa and stayed there for 1.5 days. A minor inconvenience the owner worked to resolve. Good communication with owners. My only rec to owners would be more area rugs throughout the downstairs would be nice. I have been to HHI many times over the years and I do believe this is the first home we have stayed in where we never saw a “palmetto bug” inside or outside. An incredible feat. Kudos to their pest control company!

We loved the included bikes, proximity to the pool, and Sea Pines Beach Club. The kitchen was great! For those traveling with little ones, consider if you want the primary on the first floor while other rooms are upstairs. Otherwise stocked with lots of fun games, some helpful items like an infant booster seat.

We enjoyed our stay in Sea pines very much! So many good restaurants! Walk to beach was pleasant!
