The newly remodeled kitchen opens directly to an indoor/outdoor living area overlooking the pool. The oversized master bedroom features a luxury king bed and opens directly to the private backyard and lounge area. The en suite master bathroom includes a jacuzzi soaking tub with jets, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and large walk-in closet. One guest bedroom features full-over-full bunk beds, courtyard facing window, dedicated full bathroom, and a desk for remote working space. Another guest bedroom features a queen bed, en suite bathroom, and a beautiful mountain view. The backyard has a sparkling pool, palm and fruit trees, and large covered, landscaped patio that includes an outdoor dining table and plenty of lounge space to enjoy your morning coffee, favorite book, or night cap. The home also features an Alexa smart home device, two Smart TVs (one in the living room, one in the master BR), premium linens, and the added privacy of gated street access.

The house itself is wonderful but needed cleaning and was lacking in some of the basics you’d expect. No iron, no hairdryer and a bbq too dirty and worn out to use so we ordered replacement parts for it. We felt the owner may not have had time to visit the house to see what was happening to it. The spa was wonderful as was the surrounding yard.

This is a very nice home, comfortable, lots of space, large kitchen, and a very nice private yard with pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. We enjoyed our stay very much.Thank you.
