This was a lovely retreat for our family while our son was at Cooperstown. Beautiful property!

Stayed here while my son was playing in Cooperstown. It's about 20-25 mins from the park. It's very roomy with older country comfort, which I loved. It ended up only being me and my daughter, so we didn't utilize the upstairs.Everything was where the host said it would be, they left a convenient binder of information and some local suggestions. There is a Dollar General with a larger food selection and a gas station only about 3 miles away if anything is needed :-)If staying for Cooperstown..... get to the opening ceremony as early as you can. It fills up quickly and they do not allow saving of seats. It's A LOT of running around, and this is a great quiet place to relax after a busy day!

Arrived to a clean country farm home that was ready for us to relax after a long drive. Gene was very responsive and brought a package to the property that I ordered ahead of my trip and got there early. Was 22min to Dreams Park but the drive was well worth the savings as compared to renting in town. Internet service was fantastic and all TVs were setup for streaming services.

We loved the farm house! The property was stunning. Stayed for our son’s trip to Cooperstown and it was perfect. The host was very responsive and provided everything we needed.
