First floor condo, right next to a pond and just a 3 minute stroll to the beach. Condo is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining during your stay. A king size bed in the bedroom and a foldout couch in the living room comfortably sleeps 4. All linens are provided. There is a TV in both the bedroom and living room. Cable and wifi are provided. The balcony overlooks the pond. This condo is in the building closes to the clubhouse which has a pool, hot tub, gym and dry sauna.

We traveled with a family of 4. The condo was stocked perfectly, clean, convenient to the pool and pond. The owner was fantastic with any questions we had before our stay. This will for sure be the condo we stay at from now on!!

The condo was beautiful and the perfect size with everything we needed. The location by the pond is amazing, we got to see so much wildlife. Egrets, ospreys, fish jumping, even a coyote at night. The property is very quiet and the assigned parking is a plus. I will definitely stay here again. The pool and gym area were very clean. Thank you.

Overall the property is nice, however there were peanuts on the living room floor that was there when we arrived. We only had two bath towels, two wash cloths, and three hand towels. It would have been nice to have two for each of us. It is close to the beach which was very nice.
