The communication with the owner was exceptional. From booking online to checking in he made the process seem less. We had a horse in the derby which was an unreal experience. Coming back to a quiet, clean kept up house was priceless. It was in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurant's. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a great place to stay! This was a very clean, well-maintained home. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was an inviting atmosphere, with a modern touch. The kitchen was stocked with daily staple items. The host checked in with us before, during, and after our stay. One advantage was the off-street parking. Overall, it was a great stay. We would stay there again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this vacation house near Bardstown Road. The house was very clean and thoughtfully set up, with comfortable beds and a great layout that worked perfectly for our group. The location is very quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with a great range of cooking items and dishes, making it easy to prepare meals at home, although we sampled many local restaurants too. The location was ideal with so much to do in Louisville this time of year, and we were only about 10–15 minutes from everything. It was also a big plus being able to walk to Kroger. The upstairs was a little cooler than the downstairs (which was surprising for winter), but it didn’t take away from the trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were VERY responsive and accommodating! However, I wouldn’t stay here again. The house had lots of finishing issues and a terrible odor. I was glad I brought a frebreeze spray! The bathrooms are very small, there is no vanity space, and the upstairs bathroom has a large step up that was a little scary in the middle of the night. The bedrooms don’t have dressers and the living room lacked tables. Even though you pay a large cleaning fee at check-out you are expected to take out all the trash, clean and put away all the dishes, strip the beds, and wash the towels.
