Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), large groups, and furry friends (pets). Please note that this apartment does not have cable, but there are WiFi hotspots available throughout the complex. Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire apartment.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.



Check-In/Check-Out:



Standard Check-In: 3 PM

Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.

Standard Check-Out: 11 AM

Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:

50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM

100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM

A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.



Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
