What a wonderful place to stay. Close to all activities in Gatlinburg. Tucked away and secluded but yet, close enough to downtown for an easy drive. Very beautiful place and was great for our family. Plus you might get to see some bears from the balcony.

We absolutely loved staying at this house-it was clean, and better than the pictures! It was the perfect location for going into gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The top of Ober Mountain was just a 2 minute drive up the road. Perfect for all ages!

We chose this property based on the five-star reviews praising its cleanliness and the heavily advertised gameroom. Unfortunately, our actual experience did not match the advertisement.Upon arrival, the house was noticeably dirty. The floors were covered in grime, to the point where my husband had to sweep them himself just so we could walk around comfortably.Additionally, the bedsheets were clearly not washed properly, forcing us to strip the beds and launder them ourselves before we could even settle in. As a family with five children, the entertainment amenities were the primary factor in choosing this rental. They turned out to be the biggest disappointment. The basement TV did not work because it was not connected to the WiFi,and even our tech-savvy teenagers couldn't fix it.We wasted over an hour of our short vacation trying to get it running. To make matters worse, every single game in the game room was unusable upon arrival due to missing pieces or broken parts:Foosball: Missing a crucial handle.Chess & Checkers: Missing vital pieces and magnetic components.AirHockey:Table malfunctioning and missing the protective felt on the paddles.Darts:Every single one was completely broken. The owner did offer to send a cleaning crew, but given our short stay,we didn't want to waste vacation time waiting around for a remedy that should have been handled before we checked in.While the house has great space, the lack of cleanliness and broken amenities made this highly frustrating.
