The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed and kitchen, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed—a balcony, and a furnished terrace, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, shower, and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a wide variety of small appliances, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, kettle, moka pot, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster. There’s a tea, coffee, and herbal tea corner with tea bags and herbal infusions, coffee pods and ground coffee, sugar, and sweetener.
A washing machine and two drying racks are also available for guests.
You’ll find laundry detergent, dish soap, and personal hygiene products, as well as a first-aid kit.
A crib, high chair, and children’s tableware are also available upon request!

You’ll enjoy a furnished terrace for relaxation, overlooking a very quiet street. The apartment, furnished for 4 people, is located 50 meters from the main beach of Ostia Lido, Rome’s seaside district; we’re 30 minutes from downtown Rome, accessible by car or metro (Lido Centro Station is 700 meters away)
On the boardwalk, just 100 meters away, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the famous “Curvone” while sipping an aperitif at the kiosk right on the beach!
You’ll be on a quiet street that runs parallel to the boardwalk and is very close to Ostia’s pedestrian zone, with numerous restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and stores to explore. I recommend trying the famous, historic krapfen at “Paglia” in Piazza Anco Marzio!
The fresh local seafood, excellent meat, and various types of pizza and piadina are all worth trying.
There are many ice cream shops in the area; the ice cream at “Glauco,” just 100 meters from the house, is excellent.
There are several supermarkets in the area, including Carrefour Market, which is open 07:00-22:00
Every Saturday and Wednesday morning, you can walk to the local market—just a 10-minute walk away—where you’ll find clothing and various other items.
The fruit, vegetable, and meat market—open every morning from Monday through Saturday.
Just a short walk from the house, you’ll also find two pharmacies and several banks.
The area is also pleasant for evening strolls.
Our neighborhood comes highly recommended both for its summer nightlife and for its natural beauty in all seasons: pleasant walks or bike rides (bike path) will take you all the way to the Marina, where you’ll find shops and restaurants.
The “Ostia Antica Archaeological Park” is worth a visit (online reservations are recommended) and can be reached by car or metro (just two stops from the Lido Ostia Centro station).
For lovers of the sea and nature, I recommend a day at the beaches of Cancelli di Castel Porziano (11 km—you can get there by bike, bus, or car).
You can also enjoy walks and picnics in the beautiful “Pineta di Castelfusano” (inside the pine forest, there’s a bike rental service for a fee and a kiosk-bar serving drinks and ice cream)

If you need to check in after 8:00 PM, a 20-euro surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival.
This surcharge is 40 euros for check-ins after 11:00 PM and check-outs before 7:00 AM.

If you lose the keys, you will be charged 100 euros (the cost of replacing the lock), so please take good care of them.

The stay is valid for the number of people specified at the time of booking.
