The location was excellent, close to the public beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and the train station. The apartment was spacious and well laid out. It would be easy to spend multiple days here.

No elevator but once you have your luggage in the room, it's fine. Unfortunately there is no outdoor space but you can see the ocean from the kitchen window. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge.

Огромное спасибо хозяину, все просто супер

3 этаж без лифта, с коляской если поедете - будет сложновато

The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and features air conditioning that kept us very comfortable throughout our stay. There is an exceptional gelato shop right next door, we literally went there every single day. The apartment building is wonderfully quiet and the location is great. The train station is just a 15-minute walk away, offering fantastic and easy connections right into Rome. A nice free sandy beach is just a 5 minute walk. The hosts were extraordinarily helpful and welcoming, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them with any questions, they are always happy to help. We would happily stay here again!

Wszystko co potrzebne aby miło spędzić urlop. Bardzo czysto .
