The adjacent full kitchen has a center island with seating for three more, an electric four-burner stove, both a Keurig and a coffee pot, as well as everything you need for cooking family meals at home. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six with a door to the front porch. The rear door leads to a small rear wooden deck with a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. This level is cohesive and communal, making it perfect for kicking back and spending quality time together for a game night in or a home-cooked meal!

This residence offers plenty of space for all, featuring the open common living areas down and the three bedrooms up with another screened porch off the bedrooms.
