The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Everything was great! Rooms were spacious, fully stocked kitchen tools. I would only suggest that you get a new dryer. It took a regular load of towels 3 times to dry.

The kitchen refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor when we arrived. I called the office and they had to bring a smaller fridge the next day due to them not being able to fix the other fridge. One of the step rails were loose on the third floor steps. There were underwear and socks left in a drawer in the bedroom across from the laundry room on the second floor. The living room furniture should be cleaned because it was dirty. The pool had leaves in it and maintenance had to come and remove the leaves. As much money as this rental property cost, all of these issues should have been nonexistent but unfortunately they occurred.
