The second bath is full and off the hall area. For the adventurist youth, there is a loft area that overlooks the living room below. The bedrooms have been recently carpeted and new TV’s have been added to the living room and bedrooms. The living room has a fireplace, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and the front patio includes a charcoal BBQ. The garage has shared laundry and a one-car parking space. Lastly, there is almost always a large, sandy beach in front of the home.
