This small cottage features a charming bedroom, bath, and kitchen, as well as a relaxing front room and outdoor space for grilling.
Recently purchased and refurbished, the 1947 cottage received all-new furniture and new interior paint.
Note: From October 2025 to November 2026 (with a break for Summer 2026), the Sunset Beach Sanitary District will be improving the sewer system under the greenbelt across from the cottage. This does not effect parking or beach access and is largely underground.

This property and the host were AMAZING. it was clean and perfectly located for us to go surfing, kiting, ride our cruisers, and out to dinner. The home is perfect for our 3 person family. GREAT parking spot for our extremely large truck. We will be booking this home again very soon. Many thanks! Kristen

My version of a 5* review: rest, relaxation, reflection, retirement & relocation. I just retired from Stanford HealthCare last week of May. I am relocating from the Bay Area back to SoCal focusing on Huntington Beach preferably close to the waterThis unit met all my needs as I looked for housing.Parking is huge close to the water totally dug that I had a designated spotThank goodness I left my cybertruck back at home My sister joined me for a wonderful dinner @ Captain Jacks on Thursday

Super cute and super clean. Exactly what I needed for a little getaway across the street from the beach. The public access to the beach is across the street. I loved this spot. Can be a little noisy on busy street but it didn’t bother me. Impressed with how clean and fresh! Host answered several questions very timely. Would return!

The cottage was super clean and darling. The beach view was obstructed by very LOUD construction taking place on the sewer system. Not Bobs fault, he diid mention that work was being done outside of the cottage but it wouldn’t effect us. It very much effected us! Backhoes, dump trucks, jack hammers, etc beginning at 7am and working all day.
