Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to two children, the cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper-sofa in the front room. Loveable kitchen fulfills all your cooking needs.
Rare in Sunset Beach, the house has a 20' by 20' outdoor space, grill and outdoor shower.
The house has one reserved parking spot right in front of the house by the front gate. In addition, Sunset Beach has two rows of public parking running the entire mile of the town.
Note: From October 2025 to November 2026 (with a break for Summer 2026), the Sunset Beach Sanitary District will be improving the sewer system under the greenbelt across from the cottage. This does not effect parking or beach access and is largely underground.

Robert is an amazing host and we loved the property! It fit our little family of 3 perfectly and it was so nice to be so close to the beach and all the amazing places in Sunset. We hope in the future to stay again and we have already recommended our stay to friends and family. Thanks, Robert for a comfortable stay by the beach!

We have stayed at this cottage multiple times and for good reasons- location, location, location! So close to the beach and great restaurants are within walking/biking distance. The location is so close to the bike trail along the ocean and we love riding down to Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. Love the yard as a place to relax and listen to the ocean waves.
