This property is in a very good location. The GIT beach and Minigolf are very close. If you go to the city centre, it takes 10 minutes by walk. The host, Eros was very friendly, available and helpful. We were there with two little children and we enjoyed it very. I recommend it to everyone who wants to go to GRADO and would like to spend his/her holiday in a very good apartman. :)

Really near to the centre (3 minute to the pedestrian zone) and to the beach) this location is as comfortable as clean. Rino and his huaband are very friendly and helpful - and well organized! We enjoyed our holiday very much - it was a pity we had to leave one day earlier due to family matters.

It is a nice cosy and clean flat including all you need for your family, 5mins to the beach by feet, very supportive renter, 2mins to the flaundry mile, shops and playground.
It was already our 4th visit but for Sure not the last.

hello rino
we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in your apartment in grado with four adults. the beds are good, there are mosquito nets - that was great, the kitchen is top equipped and the car is protected from the sun and safe on the property.
everything is within walking distance.
thank you, rino, for your hospitality. we would love to come back.
