Spacious for a one bedroom, this villa sports an open living area, comfortable couches and seating, and large flat-screen TV. Easy access to the fully equipped kitchen allows for this villa to really make the most of its space. Step out onto the back porch through the sliding doors to take in the sights and sounds of the scenic lagoon view.
Located just inside the main entrance, the master suite offers a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and modern furniture to round out the room. The full bathroom is accessed from the hallway, and contains granite countertop sink and walk-in shower. More than enough space for any couple.
Mariners Watch Villa's centralized location makes enjoying the amenities of the island a breeze. The 30 miles of bike trails extend all the way to Freshfields Village. Night Heron Park`s green spaces and playgrounds are an easy stroll away. Kiawah Island`s beautiful 10 miles of white sand beach is across the parking lot and down the boardwalk!

Great location and just a short walk to the beach. Enclosed porch overlooks the creek. Very cozy and single bedroom was perfect for the 2 of us. Only had a few minor issues. The front door wouldn’t lock correctly but we managed to get it to work each time we left the house. Also, tried to wash clothes but the washer didn’t drain properly and we had to wring the clothes by hand before putting them in the dryer. Aside from those minor things we had a great stay.

Comfortable and just a short easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the quiet, screened in porch in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals.

Location was perfect . Have stayed at Mariners Watch many times. The unit was very nice , clean & relaxing. Love Kiawah , the island is clean the bike trails are amazing & the beach is beautiful! It is doubtful we will stay through Sweetgrass properties again. Our unit was not ready when it was supposed to be & the AC was NOT working . We had a few uncomfortable nights. Called several times & it was checked but couldn’t be fixed at the time. Was told there would be compensation . Heard nothing back. Fortunately it was a cooler week but the air would have helped since the windows weren’t able to be opened & wasps kept coming in the from the deck . Will definitely be back to mariners watch not this particular company
