Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

We vacationed with 79 family and friends. Perfect complex for a large group. But property is old and condo is small for the $$$ you pay to rent. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Bedrooms are small and feel cramped. Bathroom is also very small. A blow dryer was provided. Had to borrow one from a neighboring condo that provided 3 blow dryers. Overall had a fantastic time visiting with friends and family, if you are vacationing with a large group this is a perfect location, otherwise much nicer properties to rent.
