The pool deck is ready and waiting with comfortable furniture for relaxing, Outdoor TV and newly resurfaced pool, sun-loungers for the sun worshipers and completely fenced off pool for added security for families with small children.
Local amusements are near enough to enjoy with ease, while still being just far enough away to offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of Orlando's tourist corridor when you just want to enjoy "home".


Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on the premises, there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.



As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool heat being turned on.


In lieu of security deposits, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages.
