O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Escape to your own private five-acre estate in one of North Scottsdale’s most exclusive residential enclaves. Surrounded by luxury homes—and with notable celebrities and professional sports figures among the nearby residents—the neighborhood offers an uncommon sense of privacy while still keeping you close to the best of Scottsdale.
The property itself feels more like a private resort than a vacation home. Set against beautiful views of Pinnacle Peak, the surrounding mountains, and the city lights below, there’s an incredible amount of space to enjoy both indoors and out.
The expansive, fully fenced backyard was made for long Scottsdale days. Cool off in the private pool, unwind in the spa, play a match on your own full-size tennis court, switch over to pickleball, shoot hoops on the basketball court, or practice your short game —all without leaving the property.
When the sun goes down, gather around one of two outdoor fire pits or settle into the ramada beside the fireplace. With a BBQ and generous outdoor entertaining areas, it’s an especially beautiful place to enjoy dinner, drinks, and Arizona’s warm desert evenings under the stars.
Golfers are perfectly positioned, with Grayhawk Golf Club, TPC Stadium Cours and Troon North Golf Club just minutes away. Some of Scottsdale’s best shopping, restaurants, and nightlife are also within an easy drive, including Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The Talking Stick entertainment district is also nearby, offering the casino, Topgolf, dining, entertainment, and additional championship golf.
Despite everything within reach, coming home feels like leaving the city behind. Five private acres, mountain and city-light views, resort-style amenities, your own tennis and basketball courts, and the quiet of an exclusive Scottsdale neighborhood make this a special setting for family vacations, golf trips, celebrations, and unforgettable desert getaways.
Private. Spacious. Secluded. Yet minutes from the best of Scottsdale.

As the owner of a professional cleaning company who manages multiple cleaning teams, I highly recommend this property!I notice details that most people overlook, and this home exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything a guest could possibly need from cooking essentials and ironing supplies to plenty of towels and other conveniences that made our stay comfortable and stress free. When we arrived, the home was exceptionally clean. In my line of work, it's second nature to inspect cleanliness, and I can honestly say the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and common areas were spotless and impeccably maintained. The level of care and attention to detail was evident throughout the entire home. The host's communication was outstanding friendly, responsive, and professional from beginning to end. It was clear that guest comfort and satisfaction are a top priority. Most importantly, my family felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely relaxed during our stay. We truly felt at home. It's rare for me to be this impressed with a vacation rental, but this property delivered on every level. I would absolutely book again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained home with an exceptional host. Thank you for a wonderful stay! A true 5-star experience from start to finish!
