The location, price, and amenities were absolutely perfect for us to visit family for the 4th of July. We had all we needed to make coffee and keep our drinks cold and the back patio was lovely and shaded. The property is a duplex with the main house upstairs so there was some noise in the morning - don’t plan to sleep in unless you’re a very heavy sleeper - but you’re likely not in Florence to sleep :-)

Just took a while to get in contact with host as far as check in. Other than that good.

This place is in a great location. It is convenient to everything but still feels private and secluded. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the patio as well.

we did not have pets. The property was quiet. A couple of things I would reccomend:1. there was no indication of the house number anywhere, this needs to be displayed2. We notified that we could not be there at 4;00 DUE to a graduation so the house door was just left open...not the best.3. If would be good if you let guests know they need to bring shampoo, toilet paper (there was only one roll for 3 people) hand soap, etc.4. Also, it would be good to know that there is no kitchen sink.Although, it there were some things I think could be changed. The location was good, it was a quiet neighbothood and the rooms were clean.thank you
