Pinkie Flamingo swooped in for a landing on the very top of the popular vacation resort at Seacrest Beach. “This is amazing!” Pinkie thought as she surveyed the sprawling coastal paradise below. The luxurious community pool sparkled invitingly and sunbathers relaxed on lounge chairs all over the expansive pool deck. Pinkie stretched her wings and smiled knowingly…"This guest nest is another sure winner! And besides...if you've never "Gone Coastal" then now it the time!"
Just minutes from Rosemary Beach and with its upscale shopping and dining and a short golf cart ride away from Inlet Beach and the fabulous 30Avenue Shopping Center, guests will enjoy exploring all that this coveted stretch of 30A has to offer including Seacrest Lagoon, the largest private community pool on 30A sporting 378,000 gallons of refreshing water in a 12,000 square feet area complete with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and covered eating areas. This fabulous amenity is open year-round 9AM – 10PM for residents and vacation guests only. Outside golf cart rentals are prohibited in Seacrest so biking is a favorite pastime here and you can rent these right at Peddler's Pavillion. You can opt for a 12-minute leisurely walk across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community using the pedestrian boardwalk. Additionally, from March through October, the Seacrest Tram Service provides a fun-filled ride to and from numerous designated tram stops to the beach. Tram service runs seasonally every day starting at 9:00 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

Great property in Seacrest! Comfortably fit our group of 10 and convenient location being right off the pool/at the front of the neighborhood near shops and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find a few beach chairs and toys in the closet as well. Host was quick to respond. A few minor maintenance repairs needed (our shower door handle was loose and came off as well as the hand towel holder,etc) but otherwise, everything was great and we had an amazing time!

WOW... Simple put very nice condo and everything we needed. Location is great overlooking spacious pool, very clean property and very relaxing visit to Seacrest .. we have been in the area several times over the last few years and this is by far one of the best.. We will be Back ..

Deceptive. Despite clear HOT TUB verbiage in description, there is no hot tub on property. Never has been.
Given the cooler temps this Spring Break we wanted to make sure it had a hot tub for our group. I asked about heated pool but could not get a response from owner rep… Upon arrival we found out we were mislead and it had neither.
We were already too far into it to get deposit to get back so not much we could do but freeze at the pool. Would’ve rather been told truth so we could make better use of the cooler spring break. Just tell the truth so people can get what they think they are buying.
