Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villas by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry facilities accessible with your key-cards.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Steps from the beach and so peaceful! Property was clean and beds were comfortable!

The property was everything we expected it would be. Outside of the lack of beach access — not the fault of the property owner — everything was perfect.

The property is decent, and the view is fantastic. The lack of direct beach access is a drawback, but the walk to driftwood beach is easy. The beds could use an upgrade and the upstairs baby needs chairs!
