we were happy to stay in this nice apartment, so cosy and well designed by Arthur, who gave us so much helpful tips and an extra portion coffee ... we´ll come back ...

The loft is in a great location for visiting Den Haag. Close to restaurants, shops, tourist sites, trains and , stayed 5 days and never used the car at all. Good WiFi allowed us to catch up with UKTV/football on our laptop. Arthur was very friendly and helpful.
However we have deducted stars for comfort and access. Access was up 3 flights of steep twisting stairs through Arthur's house, not ideal for us 70 year olds, especially for my wife who's mobility is not perfect. For us it was also lacking comfort as we had to clamber over the seating area to get in the platform bed. We also banged our heads many times, particularly when getting up from the table or clambering out of bed in the night. To be honest, when we arrived and saw the compactness of the studio, we very nearly got back in the car and left. But after much marital argument logic prevailed and we did stay the 5 nights.
