We only stayed two nights, but wish we had stayed longer. The view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Being steps away from the beach was everything, but the sense of privacy was even better. All the beach items you could need are complimentary and most were in good shape, which was convenient and cut down on how much we had to pack. Check in instructions were easy, but I didn’t locate check out instructions. It said they were in the book in the unit. I found all the other information I could need/want, but no check out information. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The location is extremely convenient (of course for beach access but also close to shopping and dining), but parking is tight and right next to a busy street. Luckily, drivers were understanding when we were trying to pull out or park. There is one king bed, and we did use the pull-out couch but extra blankets and pillows weren’t provided. Plan to get ice for coolers - there wasn’t an ice machine and the three provided trays wasn’t enough. I would have preferred a water filter, too. All small nuances in comparison to the location and the view, which is well worth the price.

We had a great stay in Siesta Key. The property was perfect with a fabulous deck with a beach view, great location. So many things were walking distance, what a sweet vacation.

Honest Review. My husband and I arrived on evening one of a four night stay. First night was terrific! Condo was lovely, extremely clean, plenty of space and amenities. Street noise can get a little loud but it’s expected given the location. I loved the walkability to the main attractions of town and happily sacrificed a little peace and quiet for convenience and proximity. The view off the porch is incredible! The beach is excellent and not at all crowded. Now the second through fourth night is where we hit a little snag, there appeared to be a large group of people who rented the unit right below us (second floor). No problem, right? Well, the bookshelf on the third floor unit connects directly via staircase to the unit below. Still no big deal since we have a lock so we are unable to enter the staircase. I’ve come to find out that the second floor does NOT have a lock and they were able to enter the space. Still, no big deal except there is about 3 feet of empty/unwalled space around the top of the bookshelf. My heart jumped in my throat because it sounded and felt like they were in our room! All they had to do was crawl over the top of the bookshelf and they had direct access to our unit and all of our belongings. It didn’t feel safe. We could also hear EVERYTHING. Kids shouting, dog barking, etc. They played loud music well into the night and the smell of their cooking infiltrated our unit. Smelled good, but still. Other than that, it was a great stay!
