Amazing charming apartment with swimming pool located 10 steps from the sand of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico (Kite-surf, and Paddle-surf). Located in Condado, Ocean Park beach in San Juan, a lively (and the safest) neighborhood (we have 2 guards in front of the apartment). Walking distance to a variety of local (in Loiza street) and trendy restaurants (Condado area) and 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and Old San Juan.
Enjoy the peaceful breeze and sun in the mornings in the top roof swimming pool or beach and then have fun exploring restaurants, pubs, disco, etc. in Condado (drinks), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) in the evenings.

Swimming pool available: You share our top roof swimming pool with our other apartment, Sol. Great for groups/honey moon/weddings.
Top entertainment walking distance: We have all kind of restaurants: Puerto Rican, Mexican, Japanese, Spaniard, international, healthy, vegetarian, Argentinian, Italian, French, Peruvian...walking.
We have a power plant, VERY IMPORTANT FUTURE since Maria left the electricity on and off sometimes.

The location and views alone make this property worth it! You are right on the beach! The rooftop pool with table and sofa was the icing on the cake. Beautiful area with tons of dining options with many options that you can walk to. Old San Juan is a quick drive as well. Responsive hosts that go above and beyond!

My boyfriend and I along with 2 chihuahuas really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was super clean, equipped with everything we needed, comfortable bed, nicely air conditioned rooms, a great balcony etc. A pool upstairs on the roof with a great view of the beach was a definite plus. While it is a shared space, we pretty much had it to ourselves the whole afternoon everyday. The apartment is also very conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. The beach is also just steps away from the apartment. Unlike Condado beach, Ocean Park beach is very quiet. Our chihuahuas really enjoyed our morning walks every day. San Juan is currently going through water issues with some locations having no water (I heard from a restaurant staff nearby that Calle Loiza had no water for 60 days). Luckily, the apartment is equipped with water tanks. So, while we needed to be mindful, we experienced no water issues. The host was also great in keeping us updated daily with the water situation. The host also provided us with restaurants recommendations. Whenever we had questions, we heard back from the host within seconds. I would say that the only drawback was trying to bring two 50 lbs luggage and carryons plus dog bags to the room through multiple stairs. While we really loved the apartment, for this reason we may consider staying at a house downstairs next time, as we really loved the location. Finally, thank you for being such a great host. We truly enjoyed our stay.

It’s not our hosts fault, but San Juan is suffering from a water issue that resulted in us not have water for a few days. The host did their best to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The location is great!

Exceeded all expectations! The place was perfect, the location was amazing and the rooftop pool and view were to die for!We loved it!
