Our host was excellent in communicating with us and responding to any questions and needs we had. House had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

This unit is above and beyond what you are actually seeing. It has everything you can imagine already in the unit. Seriously…everything. It even has extra box fans for those folks…IYKYK. We stayed with 8 teenagers as my son’s HS Graduation trip and there was plenty of room, and plenty of entertainment. The theater room was a huge hit as well as the hot tub/pool area. Huge TVs in each room. All of the bathrooms are huge. The game room is well equipped with tons of options. If you grew up in the 80s, you will love the 1up arcade. It has all the greats you used to wait in line to play at the arcade. As parents taking this many to all Disney parks with the heat index at 110 each day, we had to take several coolers for waters. This unit had a double stroller which worked perfectly to haul them and the kids backpacks, souvenirs, etc…The room has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, or whatever you need if you want to cook there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well to choose from. This unit is about 10 miles from every Disney park. This is a private community that is heavily patrolled and hold the tenants accountable to abide by the rules for trash, parking, parties, etc…so it was a real quiet stay. If golfing is your thing, you’re in the right location. Surrounded by nice courses. Overall it was an excellent place and we really had a good time.

Everything was perfect from the host communication to the cleanliness of the house. Only request is install a tankless water heater as 16 ppl in the house with 5 bathrooms leaves no warm water after a busy day at the parks. Loved the neighborhood and the community pool as well . Would def rent again

The heater in the pool was an extra charge and was broken. The filter was missing from the pool, so it was dirty and cold. The use of the grill was also an extra charge. The kitchen floor was dirty and so were the dishes in the cupboard. The pictures are dated and the game room is tired and the games are in rough shape.
