This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, sleeper sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! We LOVED the fact that the living room had 2 recliners ---we are over 55 --so we like our recliners at home so we really liked that as many condos dont have the best living room furn ---everything was clean ---I like to have never figured out how to get hot water in the master shower as knob I think has been replaced or turned around --and you do have to let it run a few but other than that we so enjoyed it ---everything was very clean and we absolutely loved it ---

I stayed in this condo with three other girlfriends for a well needed to getaway before we all are returned to work as teachers. There was definitely some wear and dating to the unit, but it met our needs in terms of what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable. There was a little mildew in the master shower that just needed a good scrubbing and bleaching. There were plenty of items to stock the kitchen. The washing machine was the smallest I’ve ever seen and probably would not hold more than four towels. Given that each of us were only allotted a single set of towels and washcloths, we needed to wash them every other day. The property manager was nice enough to give us extra washcloths. I would say don’t come planning to do a lot of laundry because it simply isn’t big enough and you’d be spending your whole time there doing laundry. I would stay there again.
