The house was very clean including the heated pool. We had no problems with the check in procedure. Rossman Reality was very good with responding to my questions before my trip. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roads. I would recommend this property.

No one wants to spend their vacation resolving issues. Stains on a comforter, slow drains, broken washing machine, inflating bike tires with special valves.Washing machine was replaced less than 24 hours from checkout. We took the bikes to a bike shop for tire inflation. In my opinion a lot of issue for not being compensated. Property manager says to use a different app for communicated, but when we called that number it still took over 12 hours and other calls/emails to hear back. The place was clean, dated, and a lot rules (like they tell you not to lower the a/c below 74).

Reviewer Comments:
Caroline Dunn went far and beyond to have the home available for our family vacation. The home is perfect for a family. The home is a bit dated, however the pool and lanai make up for it. The location is also perfect. This was our family’s 3rd stay in the home and we will return in the future.
