Deluxe 52 sqm one-bedroom loft in Laureles, Medellin. Open-plan, with the living and sleeping areas sharing one space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, a washer, and Wi-Fi. The building has lift access and a gym.

In the bedroom: fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades.
The full kitchen comes with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. A washer is available in the apartment. It also has a workspace.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water. Air conditioning runs throughout.
