Summary:
Polished 52 sqm one-bedroom loft in Laureles, Medellin. Open-plan, with the living and sleeping areas sharing one space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed. Full kitchen: stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, a washer, and Wi-Fi. Downstairs there is lift access and a gym.
The Space:
It has one bathroom.
The bedroom has fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. It also has a washer. For working there is a workspace.
The bathroom comes with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water. There is air conditioning in every room.
Guest Access:
The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Laureles is one of Medellín's safest, greenest and most walkable neighborhoods: leafy streets, quiet during the day and lively at night.

Nutibara Avenue: a strip of local cafés and restaurants.
Unicentro: shopping, dining, supermarkets and everyday essentials.
The Medellín Metro and the rest of the public transport network are easy to reach, which makes it straightforward to visit Comuna 13, Plaza Botero and Parque Explora.

Overall i really enjoyed the stay at the place. Great location and access to many restaurants in Laureles. The reception and communication with the team helpful as I had issue with hot water. Word of advice is to have some guidebook or notes to work certain things in apartment. Other than those small things, 5 stars!
