The property was described as luxurious, it was not! One side of bed was saggy and not comfy. THE mattress clearly needs replacing. The bathroom was very tired and grubby looking. Lack of crockery and basic amentities. There was plenty of outdoor seating, there were two comfy chais on the balcony outside the bedroom but only one had cushions. The resort fee is a total rip off. On the whole we did not get value for money. The only good thing about it was the lovely views.

Had a wonderful stay. The views from the condo were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. Based on other reviews prepared us for what issues there could be. But the elevators were fairly quick for us. Valet was very convenient. Being right at Beach was amazing to see the Sunrise. The restaurant Etaru was so convenient, had a great meal there. Based on other reviews we stopped to get toilet paper. And should have brought a swifter mop.

The property is stunning beautiful, location, view, building are great. However, there are a few points that could be improved. The host has rather weird requests. We were asked to dispose of garbage and check out an hour before the check-out time. The apartment has 2 coffee machines, but no capsules for them. It has a dishwasher, but no powder or tablets for it. The kitchen could have been cleaned better. The building has 4 elevators. It appears that only 1 is working at a time. This elevator is taking everyone. One can easily get into elevator with a huge cleaning cart with accompanying fragrances. This is not a pleasant experience. There are sometimes also lines to get into elevator and long waiting times.
