One lanai faces the bay — that's where the sunrise happens. The other faces the Gulf — that's where the sunset happens. Coquina Moorings 102 is one of the only properties in Bradenton Beach where both water views come with the same unit, and where you don't have to choose between morning and evening.
The screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom overlooks the bay and the heated pool directly below. Sit out here in the morning with coffee while the light comes up over the water. The second lanai off the guest bedroom faces the Gulf across the street — quieter, more private, and perfectly positioned for the evening. When guests debate which bedroom to take, it usually comes down to whether they're sunrise people or sunset people.
The complex has a shared boat dock on the bay — bring your own vessel, or use it for fishing. NO onsite boat trailer parking available.
The heated pool sits directly on the bay alongside it, one of the more distinctive pool positions in Bradenton Beach.
The unit sleeps six across two bedrooms and a den. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own Gulf-facing lanai. The den has a sofa bed — flexible as a third sleeping space or a sitting room when the extra bed isn't needed. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable for a group of six.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. High-speed WiFi throughout. The Gulf beach is directly across the street. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided with the unit. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.
Coquina Moorings 102 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for one vehicle. Not pet-friendly. NO onsite boat trailer parking available.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

This place was awesome! You are right on the beach and the bay and can see sunrise and sunset without leaving the condo. Everything was clean. Host wast great. Had plenty of room for whole family without feeling cramped. I can’t wait to go back!

It was great ! The dishwasher was full of clean dishes so we had to inlaid before loading. The air conditioning was great but the bedrooms did not have fans for air circulation. The rental company brought us one. We love the location, views, and pool. We would definitely stay her again and recommend it to others.

Outstanding location. The place is nice and roomy. Well stocked. Has some carpet that is a little older.The 3rd bedroom has a pullout couch as the bed, not the most comfortable but just fine for the kids. But definitely an amazing place to

We love IVP. They always give the best customer service. This unit is in such a gorgeous area of AMI. The condo itself is very dated and could use clean flooring and some updates. Our problem this time was that the guests in the condo above us were loud and we could hear all their furniture scraping on the floor at all times of day and night. This was not the owner’s fault or IVP fault but I would not stay in this unit again due to the noise issue. Again, the views and location are gorgeous as is the size of the condo.
