Overall it was a nice place for our family of 10 to stay. Everyone was comfortable with the accommodations. There was a prior review about the length of the walk to the beach with littles, but we actually enjoyed our walks and the pool is a great stopping point on the way to and from the beach from the property. Our only concern during the stay was the mattresses on the beds were so hard. All of our backs hurt each day and it was really the only thing that made us miss home was our beds. Additionally we were looking forward to beautiful water but we got water like Galveston (brown). The color of the water has nothing to do with the property. Finally we had to go buy some heavier blankets because the AC worked so well and we were freezing at night. All in all we loved our stay and would stay here again! Thank you for an amazing week and good memories this beach vacation!

This property and its community, Morgantown were lovely. I’ll be excited to revisit this area to see how it builds up.

No problems with any part of the process! They are effective with their communication and very fast to respond if there was a question!
