A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

Second time in a VRBO so we knew what to bring. Everything was good would consider this property again. Only issue batteries need to be changed in two remotes.

Everything was advertised on the pictures. We have a big family so all the kids had something to keep themselves occupied.

When we first arrived one of the upstairs toilets wasn’t flushing. The property management fixed it. We rented the place for 17 days, we wanted to watch a movie in the theater room but it was pixelated really bad. I messaged the property manager about it right when we got there but nothing was done. All of us unfortunately got really sick halfway through our trip and would have loved to have been able to watch movies in the theater room but it didn’t get fixed until 2 days before we left. My dad is fighting cancer and got the flu while we were there. Wasn’t able to use his 10 day hopper pass and would have watched movies in the theater room but couldn’t. That’s one of the reasons for renting the house, so we were very disappointed it was not all in tact. But the next people to rent it will be able to enjoy it. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and movie screen outside.
