This location is everything. And having parking steps from the Hall of Fame is a game changer. The apartment is clean and as advertised.

To say this location was perfect is an understatement!! Staying next-door to the Hall of Fame and in the center of everything was perfect for our family! This rental had everything we needed and more. We came for Cooperstown Dreams Park week two and had a little bit of warm weather. The window air-conditioning in each bedroom were a lifesaver! The fact that this location is so centrally located was a huge benefit to us! Upon check-in we were greeted with the a delicious bottle of wine, which was perfect after a long day of travel. I couldn’t recommend this location more!

the place was great! I lived on Fair street for over 30 years so it was especially nice to be back in my old stomping grounds. One issue for some people might be the clawfoot tub/shower comb because it is a very high step to get into it.
