It is a short stroll, about a five minute walk, to Commercial Street where you will find most shops, restaurants, clubs, and the Art Gallery District.
This clean, comfortable one bedroom unit is on the first floor and faces Standish Street with a view of the Pilgrim Monument.
The home has an open living area which includes leather sofa with 32" HDTV , a full kitchen including oven, microwave, and refrigerator and the kitchen is well appointed with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The separate bedroom has a firm King Bed with pillow top and high thread count linens. There is a full bathroom with shower and plenty of towels. There are 5 windows and 2 ceiling fans, as well as a window a/c, adequate for cooling. Other amenities include HDTV, WIFI, and off street parking.
The exclusive outdoor area has a table and chairs and a propane grill.
All within a 5 minute walk to the Ferry and Downtown.

Small apartments, really tiny shower stall, but everything was clean And convenient to go to city center. Kitchen well stocked with pots, dishes and utensils
