The view was awesome and the place was comfortable. The only downside had nothing to do with the hosts. Some of the smowbird neighbors was a little less than desirable. I would definitely recommend.

View (over the stagnant water with trash can lids and trash ) was good. Pool was great. Decor in unit was Floridian but many things need attention. Blinds on double doors were majorly broken as were those in the second bedroom, floors were dirty, grill and oven didn’t heat well at all, master bed was ok, but second bedroom bed was awful, kitchen chairs and deck chairs were broken and tables unlevel—we left a list on the table in the unit. Hallway bathtub had a hole where the spigot should be. We love the community, but this unit definitely needs major attention. Emails from property manager while timely seemed snippy and unconcerned. Especially when it was 90 degrees there and the a/c quit.
