The several hundred deposit was excessive and they did not release the funds for 3 weeks. This was annoying given the subpar neighborhood and “ok” apartment.
The instructions for check in was sent after I asked/messaged about it 2 hours prior to check in.The water heater flipped so there was no hot water when we were showering at 9pm. The property manager told us how to reset, but it took longer than 2 hours to heat. So we showered the next day—very frustrating.

This apartment is perfect in every respect. It's very well equipped and well organized, I found the bed very comfortable, and the location can't be beat. It's very close to the Palais des Papes, to Les Halles food market, to many cafes and great shopping. I recommend it without reservation and would happily stay here again.

Walking into the building at 10pm was a little scary as it was old and lots of concrete and looked like a cave. But once we found the room and got in we were pleased with what we saw. Clean spacious and had everything we needed.
