The view can be admired from the deck or from the large picture windows in the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen features custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything to prepare a meal inside or outside on the built-in-gas grill. The living room is cozy and inviting with a cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a TV. The primary bedroom is spacious and inviting with a mountain view and TV. The primary bath is set up for relaxation with his and her sinks and a gorgeous tile shower. The guest rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, each with bathrooms attached. The open upstairs loft area has two twin beds and another bathroom. The spacious upstairs closet includes a table and stools for use as a game nook or office space. This condo is on the top floor (upstairs) with an elevator. In case of power outages or elevator equipment malfunctions, the condo will be stair access only.
