Oversee was very responsive to questions. The rental was in a great location and was spacious. The house itself needed some repairs.

House was perfect for family getting together. We asked for fans so we could enjoy the enclosed front space. Also we covered the 2 sofas with a big white sheets and it made everything so nice looking. We will be back

The area was great, but the house could have been in better shape! The backyard was over grown, door knobs broken, stains on chairs/ carpets, mildew on ceiling in kitchen, and front door wouldn’t close due to loose frame. It definitely needs some TLC! Host was contacted about things broken (knobs, front door, and grass) and they were fixed quickly, but feel these things should have been checked before we arrived. The 3 stars is due mainly to location! I don’t think we would book this house again for the price because of the house’s condition. Also front porch railing was loose.
