Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located near all Homosassa and Crystal River has to offer! Nestled on the deepwater canals of the Homosassa River, just minutes away from the world famous blue water of Homosassa Springs. It is the perfect getaway for your family. The 3-bed, 2-bath vacation home was recently renovated and is nicely furnished with everything needed for outdoor adventure, including kayaks, a private dock, and access to fishing and scalloping. We want to make sure your stay is the best it can be and if you need any assistance we are on the same street and strive to become a super host for all your needs. Come see why we have FIVE STAR REVIEWS.. Please note we have lowered our minimum night stay from three to two night during the fall and winter months. The three night minimum is applicable during the July and August scallop season. Please do not book a two night stay during the Scallop season as it takes the weekends from the week long renters thus the reason for the three night minimum during that time. Great experience start to finish. We arrived and were able to get a Tesla in the garage, and two full size trucks in the driveway. The carport is high enough to get a full size truck underneath. The house was clean and very well stocked. We had access to an ice machine across the street which was great! The dock and waterway to the dock was more than adequate for our 25 ft. Parker Sport Cabin. Water depth ranged 3 ft. plus. No concern with water depth. River Haven Marina ramp worked fine to launch the boat. 20. We stored our trailer at a storage lot we have used in the past although the host provides free storage not far from the house. The house is located 15 miles from the Scallop grounds we go to. We loved every trip down the river to the gulf. Absolutely gorgeous. The channel is well marked. Water at the dock allowed for boat cleanup. A large tree in the back yard allowed for some shade mid day near the dock. This place is perfect for boaters!

This place was absolutely amazing! The boys fished the first night and caught a bass and catfish immediately! Location is amazing! Short paddle ride to Homosassa springs where we spent a lot of time admiring the manatees! We came to Homosassa last spring break and stayed one street over from this place. This place has a fenced in backyard there are a few places if you have a smaller dog they can get out because ours did lol. Kayaks were amazing and the boys stayed in them! Beds are very comfortable. Had an issue with the garage door (our fault) owner was 45 min away and luckily his neighbor was able to help us. Owner checked in with us day before also offered to have his neighbor help us get kayaks in the water but the boys did it. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as described. It was very clean. The kitchen was practically new. The host was easy to work with and communicated well.
