The property itself was clean and in a great location, which made it convenient for our girls trip. The space worked well for our group and was comfortable overall. However, the biggest issue was the inaccurate and conflicting communication from property management. We were specifically told there was a fire pit and that firewood bundles were available for purchase at 6 each. Based on that information, we brought our own firewood—only to find that the information provided was not correct. We were also told the refrigerator made crushed ice, which it did not. The refrigerator did not even have a water line. These may seem like small details, but they directly impacted our planning and overall experience. Clear and accurate communication is essential, and unfortunately that was lacking here.
