Room was clean. Host had very good communication. Only thing which I know is beyond the host control was the seaweed. Why didn’t they use the tractors we saw passing closer to the building to remove the seaweed by the water?

The property is very well kept, clean and nice overall. The unit is too. This units bathroom and balcony are both huge and a great value add. I would stay here again!

Beautiful decor - Excellent location and amenites at Palazzo - easy parking under the building and right on the beach with outstanding views. Four Star Condo Service was easy to work with and very nice person when I had to call before we left home to get link for garage permits. As for the condo itself, there were a few conveniences/amenities that were lacking: thin small bath towels/washrags - at this price point they should have been much nicer. Also the 2 coffeepots are overkill since the large expensive Cuisanart had no instructions (we noticed other reviews prior had trouble with this coffeepot also) so we spent vacation time perusing YouTube and Google for instructions and still could not get it to work so we had to make another trip to Publix for single use Keurig cups - why not just get a 40 pot at Walmart that EVERYBODY knows how to use? Also the skillets were all scratched up so whatever you cooked stuck to the bottom. There was a sour, moldy?, mildewy? odor emanating from the deck box on the balcony which made sitting on the balcony less enjoyable. These are not necessarily deal breakers but are easy fixes which would make this a 10/10.
