This corner unit has southern exposure affording you a sunrise view along with south and southwest views of the Gulf. View Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, the fishing jetty, dolphins & boats traveling through the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy beautiful Gulf breezes from your private balcony.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
King bed in master bedroom with private bath as well as access to the balcony. Two Queen beds in first guest bedroom and one Queen in the third bedroom. Two large baths with tub shower combos. Occupancy of up to 8 guests in this unit.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available. This is a non smoking home that offers 1 assigned parking space. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

We had a very good time in this condo. The pool area was clean and and well maintained. The beach was close and beautiful. The elevator was slow, but this is an old building and that is to be expected. The stairwell was brightly lit and clean. I felt safe using it at anytime of the day.

The room was not clean at all. The place was not swept, vacuumed or mopped. The white towels we put on the bathroom floor proved that. The entire place needs updating. The balcony view shown in the picture was very deceiving. In addition we needed a second parking spot which we missed in the fine print (our fault) However when we got there we asked to pay for a second spot. We were told the place was sold out. That was by far from the truth. Everyday there was no less than 25 extra spots.
