The living area contains a dining table for up to six people, as well as comfortable furniture and large screen television. The outside balcony offers a nice view of popular John's Pass Village, which is conveniently located across the street.
All bedrooms in this unit provide wonderful accommodations, televisions and lots of closet and dresser drawer space. The master bedroom and second guest room both have 2 queen beds, while the third contains 1 queen bed. The bathrooms, like every SunHost property are spotless and meticulously prepared for your visit. Linens for all beds, extra pillows, and sufficient towels for your stay are provided. This unit offers free WIFI, washer and dryer and 2 assigned parking spots. Please note, there is no visitor parking. This is a non smoking home.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

Very spacious condo but was not very clean. Not many pots or pans. Floors were filthy. A bit outdated but would definitely stay again.

The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The rental was a good vacation rental. But Management was very unconcerned about the elevator out of service for half the stay and we were on the fourth floor. There needs to be regular maintenance done on the elevators.
