The beach and ocean view was outstanding, amazing. I did have a couple issues, when we went to bed the first night there was sand at the bottom of the sheet, I could feel with my hand. Also I went to get a drink and the green plastic stacked glasses literally had 1 inch of water in the bottom one. Leading us to wash everything we used before just in case. Luckily we used very little in the kitchen. The maintenance team was there when we got there because the sink had fallen, things happen. They were very very nice about it & had to come back next day. So nice. Overall we enjoyed it very much. Pools were amazing, beach chair staff so nice. I would say the little things definitely were just flukes and would recommend. Awesome view, amazing pool, great beautiful, very good restaurant on site. I do wish you could get early check in. Our flight got in from Kentucky at 10:00 so we had to wait along time to check in, and check out a little later. 9am is the earliest we’ve ever had to check out. So those are the 2 things we will look for on next rental at Edgewater. But we will be at Edgewater!

We stayed in the Leeward building and it ended up being amazing. Small building right on the beach. At first we were worried it's too far from the main lagoon pool and way off to the side but it actually was just fine, less crowded beach then by the main buildings. We would definitely go back!

As close to the beach as you can get! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The fifth level provided a glorious view of the Gulf of America in all its beauty! We enjoyed our breakfast and dinners on the balcony overlooking the sunrises and sunsets! The couch was a cozy place to end our days after soaking in the sun on the provided beach chairs with the friendly man who set them out for us. The kitchen had about everything we needed for our 6 night stay. We had an issue with the bed being squeaky and it was repaired within 5 days of us being there so we got to enjoy the repaired bed on our sixth night. It was a fabulous accommodation for all of our needs! It had the best view of what we came for-God’s masterpiece, the ocean!

Checkin was easy, received all information before our arrival.Features: Kitchen was very adequate for our needs.View: Fantastic-unobstructed very wide viewShower: Very nice in the master bath. Tv: Great, plenty of channel optionsNeeds Work:The washing machine is a side load washer and it has the black ring of not being wiped out.Bed: We slept on the oversized couch for 3 of the nights, as the bed makes squeak noises every time you move, mattress is very uncomfortable.
