-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

Unauthorized Pets: $500 fine. Pets are not allowed on the property.
Service Animals:
Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees. Please message us before check in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. Mail delivery:

If you leave something behind the fee for returning it via mail is $50 + the cost of shipping. You can also reach out for the possibility of picking up at our Sedona Office. We are not responsible for forgotten items.
Quiet Hours:
Local quiet hours are from 9 p.m. through 9 a.m. and are strictly enforced by the City. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times.
Dark Sky Ordinance:
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
Fire Rings:

Peaceful location, many outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the day and evening, and generous sunsets. We (couple, 50s) found the home overall to feel very comfortable. There’s a good amount of privacy in the different outside areas. Master bedroom is upstairs, and we climbed these stairs a lot. Hot tub is also upstairs, as the land slopes upwards on that side of the house to provide another solid deck/balcony area. Easy drive into the heart of town, not much is within walking distance. The serenity seemed worth it. Oh, and beautiful dark night skies. We easily parked our rental car (Wrangler) in the garage to keep it cool while at the house. We will absolutely return. It felt like home for a week.

Beautiful house, with wonderful hot tub. Great views of the Sedona rock formations. House had everything you could possibly need, and then some. Great location in West Sedona. Good access to all. We played golf twice in Oak Creek, rented E bikes to be able to cruise right up to the entrance of Chapel of the Holy Cross. Beautiful way to get there, avoid the parking snafu, and even cruise into Oak Creek for lunch. A wonderful trip.
