Kitchen is fully appointed with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Electric BBQ is conveniently stored in laundry room for outdoor grilling. Patio just off living room adjoins grassy area perfect to watch the kids or just walk along the river view path. Utility room with washer/dryer in the unit as well. This condo was perfect for our needs! We had a wonderful trip exploring Seaside and the surrounding area. It felt great coming back to this condo each evening!

A very nice, large unit. There were lots of towels and supplies. We enjoyed being close to the beach. However parking was really skinny, the carpet needs to be replaced and the kitchen is packed with owners stuff so the only place for guest food was on the counter.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed having the river view right outside the back door. I would definitely recommend this property.
