We were so happy to be staying across the street when we had to deal with rain delays and 10p start times! This house was great for 4 families to stay together.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was so perfect for our son's tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It literally took us 2 minutes from the parking lot to be there. It is so nice after a late game or if you have a break between games just to have somewhere to go that doesn't take a lot of travel time. The home is updated and very spacious. It is great for our group of 10. The beds were comfy and everything was so clean. Air conditioners and TVs in every room. The deck was nice for everyone to hang out on, we used the grill a couple times. Owners were very responsive and check in/out was extremely easy.

This was the perfect house of your son is playing at CDP in the tournament. It’s so convenient to the fields! The house is large enough for 2 families to share. It was clean and has AC which keeps it cool and cuts the humidity. I also loved that it has hardwood floors making it easier to keep clean and cool. The game garage is a nice touch and the grassy fields around it are perfect for wiffle ball and for kids to run around. Thanks for a fantastic trip!

We couldn't ask for a better home to stay in while enjoying our week at Cooperstown Dream Park. Perfect location too! The house was very clean and comfortable. The game room was a huge success.
